1. Booking & Payments

• A $40 minimum deposit is required at the time of booking (higher for premium styles). Deposits go towards the final cost of your service.

• Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless BraidedByOmbie cancels or reschedules.

• Final payments must be made via cash, Zelle, or CashApp.

• A processing fee may be applied at checkout.

• Monthly appointments open on the 17th day of the prior month.

2. Client Guidelines

• Punctuality: Clients must be on time and send a text upon arrival.

• Age Restriction: Clients must be 10 years or older.

• No Male Clients: We do not accept male clients.

• No Guests/Children: Only booked clients may attend their appointment.

• Hair Provided: Braiding hair (human and synthetic) is included in the service.

• Human Hair Purchase: Available via OmbieLuxury Hair at braidedbyombie.com/shop.

3. Cancellations & Changes

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

• Same-day style changes are not allowed.
